will reserve and hold your order until you can obtain the
necessary import permit or other required documents. International
shipping fee $100. It
covers processing. International paperwork, dealing with USDA,
inspection of plants and special drop off to airport. All plants must be shipped bare-rooted unless your permit indicates otherwise. Bare-root fee is $35.

bare-rooted tray weighs approximately 1.0 to 2.0kilograms (or
2 to 5pounds). In cases where one box contains one variety,
approximately 18 trays will fit in a 41" x 18" x 11"
carton. Less trays will fit per box as the number of varieties
per box increases. There is a box/packing charge of $12.00 per box. |

to three trays will fit in one box. There is a box/packing charge
of $6.00 per box. Depending on the country, in some cases you will be able to receive the plants in trays. If you choose to ship in-tray, the cost of freight will be significantly more and will vary greatly from country to country. Please email us for a quote. Some customers prefer to have the seedlings shipped to say, Miami and forwarded through another carrier to the final destination. The following is an estimate of FedEx freight charges for service from Honolulu, Hawaii to any state within the United States. |

Freight estimate is based on FedEx Standard Overnight service. Plants shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday by 3pm for all States east of the Rockies. All States west of the Rockies will receive shipment on Tuesday by 3pm. Additional charge for declared value is $2.50 for shipments valued up to $500 or $0.50 per $100.00 for shipments exceeding $500 value. Fedex and Hawaiian Floral Nursery do not cover damage due to heat or frost.
