Brassia Eternal Wind

Brassia Eternal WindBrassia Eternal Wind

Compact plant growth, attractive deep green foliage with exceptional plant vigor and disease resistance makes Brassia Eternal Wind (a clone) a wonderful pot plant to raise. Multi-spiking becomes apparent after plants reach full maturity, with spikes of long slender spider-like chartruese petals mottled in mocha brown.

Brassias or "spider orchids" provide a point of interest for orchids growers. The unusual blooms remind us that orchids have adapted unique "survival" mechanism to entice pollinators from all walks of nature.

In the case of the Brassias, we probably wouldn't want to encounter their potential pollinator, but we can enjoy their unusual blossoms in the safety of our own home or greenhouse.
