Note
for International Shipments
Only 98-cell and 58-cell seedlings are currently available
for shipment to destinations outside of the U.S.A., or countries
that require a Phytosanitary Certificate. |

General
Procedure
We will reserve and hold your order until you can obtain
the necessary import permit or other required documents.
International
shipping fee $100. It
covers processing. International paperwork, dealing with USDA,
inspection of plants and special drop off to airport.
If your permit indicates that treatment is required, there
is a $75 inspection and treatment fee. This fee covers the
additional cost for a Department of Agriculture inspector
to visit the nursery to witness treatment of the orchid plants
and to file a report.
All
plants must be shipped bare-rooted unless your permit indicates
otherwise. Bare-root fee is $35.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has a CITES/Phytosanitary
fee charge of $23 for shipments valued at less than $1250.00
and $50 for shipments valued at $1250 or more.

bare-rooted tray weighs approximately 2.0 to 3.0kilograms (or
5 to 7pounds). In cases where one box contains one variety,
approximately 10 trays will fit in a 41" x 18" x 11"
carton. Less trays will fit per box as the number of varieties
per box increases.
There is a box/packing charge of $12.00 per box. |

Depending on the country, in some cases you will be able to
receive the plants in trays. If you choose to ship in-tray,
the cost of freight will be significantly more and will vary
greatly from country to country. Please email
us for a quote.
Some customers prefer to have the seedlings shipped to say,
Miami and forwarded through another carrier to the final destination.
The following is an estimate of FedEx freight charges for service
from Honolulu, Hawaii to any state within the United States.

value.
Fedex
and Hawaiian Floral Nursery do not cover damage due to heat
