Payment Methods
What type of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, checks (U.S. only), and Money Orders. If paying by check or money order, please be sure to include your invoice number to ensure proper credit. All checks must be made payable to Hawaiian Floral Nursery, LLC.
Shipping and Handling
Most of our packages are shipped through Federal Express 2 day (United States territories) and United States Postal Service (Puerto Rico and Guam). We do not ship internationally.
Can I track my package?
Most orders will have a tracking number that will be sent to you via email.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination. During checkout, you can calculate how much it will cost to ship your orchids.
How long does it take to ship my orchids?
In general, we ship to the Continental U.S.A. on Mondays and Tuesdays via FedEx 2 day service to ensure delivery for that week. We ship to Puerto Rico on Mondays and Fridays via USPS. Since, we're dealing with plants, it is imperative that our shipments take at most 2-3 days in transport.

What is your return policy?
All sales final.
Do you guarantee freshness?
Hawaiian Floral Nursery makes every effort to maintain the highest standard of quality products to our customers. However, having no control over the plants after leaving our nursery; we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to their productiveness or health in the hands of the purchaser.

How long do your flowers last?
Our flowers last 2 weeks to as long as 12 weeks, depending on the variety.
What size are our Cattleyas?
We grow compact Cattleyas, ranging in size of 1" to 3" big.
Where do orchids grow best?
Orchids thrive in moist, shady places. They are air plants and their roots need to be exposed to air. Best to grow them in porous media.
